School/Business classes range from an hour to 90 minutes.

Group classes range from an hour to 75 minutes. 

One-on-one yoga sessions are 90 minutes long.

While this form of yoga increases your understanding of yoga, the innovative instruction will also maximize the potential of the brain, develop your meditation skills and presence, and actualize changes in your body. Classes include time for meditation, energy movement and self-reflection. With this practice, you will develop a disciplined and wholesome life.

Receive assessment on flexibility, breathing, balance, mind/body communication, neck/shoulder/back pain.
